The objective of the Law College Moot Society is to promote students of the college to participate and win Moot Court, ADR and Trial Advocacy Competitions conducted by various colleges throughout India. The club provides financial assistance and aiming to the students participating in these competitions. Intensive training is given to such students by a group of teachers. A reputed All Indian Moot Court Competition is conducted by the society every year. Since 2009 the college is regularly conducting All India ADR competition. From 2017 onwards an inter class Trial Advocacy Competition is also conducted regularly. Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram is committed to conduct this competition regularly. All these competitions are attended by Law Colleges throughout India. The faculties in charge of the Committee are:

Some of the achievements of the college in various All India Moot Court, ADR and Trial Advocacy competitions during the year 2018 -19 are:

  1. Quarter finalist, one among the 7 teams qualified for India Round and best paper in Fourth Prof. N.R.Madhava Menon SAARC Law Mooting Competition, Law Student Conference and Colloquium at Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida

  2. Best Memorial in the 9th M.K.Nambiar Memorial National Level Moot Court Competition Raja Lakhan Gouda Law College

  3. First Runner up in the 2nd Mrinalini Devi Memorial National Moot Court Competition at Bengal Law College Santi Niketan

  4. First Runner up and Best Memorial Award in the National Mega Moot Court Competition at Savetha School of Law, Chennai.

  5. Second Best Memorial and Second Best Researcher in the 11th All India Moot Court Competition at Government Law College Thrissur.

  6. Semi finalists and Best female student Advocate in 38th All India (MONO ADVOCACY) Moot Court Competition Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College Puducherry.

  7. Best Reseacher in 19th All India Moot Court Competition Government Law College Ernakulam.

  8. Second Runner up in the First National Moot Court Competition Haldia Law College.

  9. First prize and best Advocates in The Grand Law Fest 2018 at Government Law College, Kozhikode.

  10. Best judgment writer and best female advocate in the First JUSLEX National Trial Judgment Writing Competition at Savetha School of Law, Chennai.
